Diwan@Work is a suite of any products in the area of correspondence
handling that will allow organizations to receive, track and monitor the
movement of mail documents.
This Solution focuses on how various
levels of an organization can access and handle incoming/ outgoing mail, and
simultaneously comment on a draft outgoing correspondence for fast actions and
responses. This will cut down the process time to the minimum and eliminate the
impact of the routine difficulties inherent in the manual and traditional
systems. Transactions and mail need no longer to have the officer physically at
his office.
Diwan@Work also allows users to hand-write their comments on the
electronic document using a light pen. It consists of a set of integrated
modules each serving certain functions within the organizations’
incoming/ outgoing correspondence cycle. Government mail processing and
