Project Brief:

e-Tech Systems implemented a business process Re-Engineering solution which allowed CITC employees to electronically have the knowledge about all processes, procedures and forms in different types and related to various sections.

Jordan Institution for Standards and Metrology (JISM), Jordan

Project Brief:

e-Tech Systems successfully implemented a Document Management system & Workflow system at JISM. Both systems integrated seamlessly and functioned as one complete solution.

e-Tech linked the DMS and Workflow systems with JISM existing Oracle application [Image enabling]. e-Tech also provided the scanning and indexing service at JISM for 500,000 pages.

e-Tech analyzed the processes’ AS IS situation at JISM and re-engineered the processes of all its departments [around 13 departments] using ARIS Platform. The resulting re-engineered processes were automated after then using standard process modeling tools from Ultimus.

The solution reduced the storage space of documents at JISM and allowed users to retrieve the archived documents via the Oracle application already running at JISM. The solution also eliminated the number of unnecessary tasks that formed JISM processes. Thus allowing JISM business to run more efficiently.
